The artistic season of this 2019 of the MIDAC Museum in Belforte del Chienti, continues with the seventh event of the year “Vibrant intimacy” by Simona Scarpacci (Italia). The exhibition, curated by Terra dell’Arte and with the patronage of the Municipality of Belforte del Chienti, will be held in the former church of Saint Sebastian in the historical center of Belforte del Chienti, from Saturday, September 7th to Sunday, November 24th.
Simona Scarpacci, born in Macerata in 1969, she lives and works in Belforte del Chienti.
She attended the Academy of Fine Arts of Urbino, decoration section, and the Academy of Fine Arts of Macerata, achieving the teaching qualification. Founder and coordinator of various artistic and cultural realities she worked as art therapist in collaboration with various Mental Health Departments and Therapeutic Communities. She counts with personal and collective exhibitions in Italy and abroad and many of her works are present in public and private collections.

The vibration, symptom of life, is opposed to immobility, symptom of absence. There is no absence and no silence when ones meet Simona Scarpacci’s artworks. […]”
